AM ALMOST TO 40 IVE ALWAYS WEIGHED HIGH UNTILL MY KNEES STATED SWELLING AND I HAD TO WALK USING A SUPPORT STICK THEN I KNEW IT WAS NOT GONNA BE GOOD. BEFORE I HAD ISSUES OF SHORTNESS OF BREATH WAKING UP AT NIGHT AND MIGRAINS IF I DONT EAT. I USED TO TAKE PAINKILLERS TO GET BY THIS IS WHAT MADE ME GET SERIOUSE ABOUT MY WEIHT.

2/6/17 UPDATE LOST WEIGHT DONE WITH THE MEDS SMALLER THAN EVER FEELING GOOD CLOSE TO GOAL WEIGHT

Getting discouraged
you create a cheat day and have a caloric target and exercise target that will remove the exess so you get the ability to some times have your cravings and the other days you stick to your normal caloric intake eg. i do 800- 1000 cals on my 2000 cal day on Saturday i do exercise that burns 4000 cal so am good for my weekly sweet tooth and down -2000 on net cals. jedi mind trick!

EXERSISING GETTING PRETY EASY
Today I did 30 km cycling and I was not tired at all which is weird happy for me. I think I will increase it to 40 km because my trail is normally 10 km wish me luck on this. my health at this time is rather normal my new ways are set. last week I maintained my weight but this week I have lost more but I will only key in in my weigh in day.
