Nice drop and post Mike. Can't wait to see some pics of you on your new bike...will it be strictly on the trainer or share road duties with the Trek?

Ty Steven...I’m just not sure about outside riding at the time being...the guy I to ride with understands my eye sight problems..however...since my wreck and my vision loss..over time our friendship has suffered..I think my wreck was harder on him then me...what I see from it all...made me a stronger person..inside and outside...my one year anniversary...is 4days away..and I have moved on..just..happened to be my day..soon as I get my trainer and new bike IL post some pics...

Not that I would expect ANYONE to try this but a couple of years ago while up at my Ranch in Sequoia I met two gals who had stopped to fix a flat on one of their bikes. I quickly realized that the one girl was blind and riding the mountain roads using echo location. I’ve seen programs about it on TV but this was the first time I had seen it in real life. The roads are steep and curvy. Blew me away.

Wannabehealthier— it was crazy watching her ride that bike—- making constant clicking noises and going downhill on a mountain road and being able to stay in control. They were doing a 150 mile ride. So fascinating. I’m was really glad to have seen it first hand. Her friend rode lead and they both had mics on so they could talk, the lead giving the blind gal a heads up when needed.

Gotta go, gotta go. Wonderful. That's what we all need to feel I think. Full of energy and ready to get out and enjoy the world. Isn't that what we are all wanting. Thank you for the inspiration.
