Wednesday (Today) - Eating Thursday (Travel) - No solid food Friday (Attending a wedding) - Eating Saturday - No Solid Food Sunday (Dinner party) - Eating Monday-Friday - Trying fat bombs during the day
If I can manage not to gain 10lbs over this period I will consider it a victory :)

well you can eat keto even when traveling lots of options, heck I got a reuben last month without the bun. actually I got two, I missed having them. super low carb and fun to eat either way enjoy!

It’s going to be tough but you can do it. You’ll make up for whatever you gain, when you fast! And I’m guessing the fat bombs will show more results than the protein shakes. But I’ll guess we’ll see soon enough!
