Woke at 223.2, down 1.6 from yesterday. Working from home today so I will flush some water and coffee. Added protein powder and some other goodies to my coffee this morning, so not really fasting today. Then I ate a few avocados and a ketone protein bar for lunch. Turned 60 today, so Denise and Jason are taking me out somewhere for dinner tonight. Hope everyone has a great day and weekend. UPDATE: Good day of moving water and bulk and got to 220.0 before going out to dinner. Went to Outback where one of Denise's friends works and she took great care of us. Ate a 22 ounce ribeye steak, a big old baked potato with the works, some shrimp, and some sauteed mushrooms. Jason got carrot cake and I ate a bite but didn't record it! Ended up at about 3800 calories for the day so the morning weigh in should be pretty ugly!
