I used to get heartburn no matter what I ate too. I hated it. I could own stock in Tums with how many I took. When I started Keto, the heartburn stopped. It took a litle time, but I havent had heartburn in over 4 months, and thats from having it almost every night, at least 6 times a week. You can do this, find your reason. My reason was/is I wanted to live longer with my husband and I knew that at over 450lbs, I couldnt do that. I wanted to ride roller coasters again, play with my nephew, walk without having trouble breathing. I am on my way, and you can be too! Find your reason, what makes you want it so bad...you can do this!!!!

Just don’t quit. Not the best choices one meal don’t mean not the best choices the rest of the day. Find one thing to celebrate that you did well even if it’s just that you drank a glass of water. Just don’t give up on you. You are worth it.

It's okay to treat yourself sometimes, just do better tomorrow. Keep moving forward and choose to love yourself. You're not alone!

Oh wow you sound so much like I do at times. One bad meal does not mean total failure. Just get back into a good routine. I think what helps me the most is tracking my food. I am not sure why but it really works for me. There are times when we all get off track with our eating. Just do not let it get out of control. That is so very easy to do.

I agree with everyone. just don't give up. I do eat some fried foods but I try not to do it everyday. Take baby steps to get to where you need to be. It may happen slowly but it will happen. A changed mindset, a determination and reason why one need this lifestyle change. We all fall off but get back up and keep moving.

My son is my motivation. A 'll the things he has missed out on because I'm not able to take him. I need to make good memories with him that don't involve these same four walls.

It’s all about the small changes. Hundreds of thousands of choices made us what we are today. Humans are habitual. As such, we will fail at lifestyle changes. The important thing is to fail with pride. When you fall down, get back up and try again. Success will never be measured one meal at a time.

Everything everyone said. One bad meal isn’t the end. Just make it up with a healthier dinner or extra cardio. If eating healthy and exercising regularly were easy, everyone would be hot sexy bitches.

I feel for you and have done the same thing many times over the past 6 years. However, do not give up hope. I have found what works for me, and if you keep trying different things, you will find something that works for you. However, never believe anyone who says "The only way to properly lose weight is to do it this way".

You have to stay motivated or you will fail. Remind yourself every day that you are making the choice to eat what you know you shouldn't. Think about how good you feel when you make the right decision and how bad you feel after making the wrong one. It's not easy, by any means, but it did get easier for me once I truly committed to it and quit letting myself negotiate. Sending hugs!

1st a teaspoon of baking soda in a 8ounce glass of water can help with the heartburn. Don't lose hope. Tomorrow start all over. Food is my weakness and a pleasure, so I totally understand. I'm trying myself girl(smiling)...

Try adding something instead of taking away something, like a new food or a short walk. And just make that one small change for a couple of weeks until it becomes a new habit. Then make another small change.

There are battles and there are wars. You are in a war and lost a single battle but not the war. Keep on keeping on. Never give up.

I don’t strive for motivation, since it’s not reliable, I strive for consistency, habits and my routine...I know might be boring but it works
