I am now 32 years old and have been struggling w/ weight loss my entire life. Only once in my life did I ever love how I looked but unfortunately, I was that small because of some very bad choices. I have an addictive personality. The addiction that I had was fueled by the fact that I did not have to eat when I was putting this toxic mess into my body. I am thankful that I am alive but I am determined to get back to that size but by doing it the healthy way. I am currently trying keto and loving it. I tried it in the past to no avail, but this time I have done it for just a couple weeks and I have noticed that I can go a long period of time w/out food (intermittent fasting) and my food addiction has definitely been kept at bay. I have noticed that I rarely even have a sweet craving. Rare for me when I would normally eat at least 2 sweets a day EVERY day and still want more. I really started this at 260 this time but can't figure out how to change it. My end goal is 145. I may be satisfied before I get that light but as for now, that is the goal I have in mind. Hoping to get there by October. I know that is a far reach, however, I am determined and for once, I actually believe in myself that I can do this. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"

I feel ya!! I see food and I want it... The thing is, I love veggies almost as much as I love sweets or chips but its so much harder to get on the run... I like simple and quick foods... I can do good all day then at the end of the day I am grabbing like everything in sight... I just wanna stay motivated!
