not sure I am getting enough calories looking in my stuff should I be concerned and also looking potentially for a new diet

I only have a bm about 2 to 3 times a week
I have never been really regular and since I am on the diet I only go about 2 to three times a week is this healthy or should I try a different diet

white verses brown
well I read that whole wheat is better for you because of fiber content but what is really wrong with white pasta white potatoes white rice? I read the back of a container of maccroni it was whole wheat pasta organic the works and I also read the back of a maccroni dinner that was made with wheat flour and to me it actually seemed better. What is the real difference with our white foods?Question
