I am 24 years old and have been fat all my life. I have a thyroid disorder and also have to take a medicine that causes weight gain. I want to be able to go walking again.

Before and After, anyone?
I have no pictures from back when I started my diet. I peaked at 420 pounds. The picture I'm going to post is a pretty drastic change from 390 pounds to 366 (what I am today.) Unfortunately, my face seems to be the only thing that really looks different. xD
