Cucumber and Shrimp Aguachile

Quick and tasty appetizer.

Directions

  1. Mix jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime, and salt in a blender.
  2. Add to bowl of shrimp and sliced cucumbers. Mix well.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes then serve.
