Anyone here get heartburn regularly?
I always get heartburn form tomatoes, pizza or greasy foods. I limit eating tomatoes, don't eat pizza anymore, and try to avoid grease.

No pizza (both grease and tomatoes), spaghetti and greasy fried foods not only eliminated the heartburn but was also helped lose weight.
