Don't want that, so have to kick myself in the rear and not just lose weight, but change my lifestyle. Here goes...

Food Scale or Body Weight Scale
Go with the food scale. I not only use it to weigh portions to eat, but portions of bulk food to separate or freeze for future meals. Cuts down on food waste and is a no brainer for when you need to cook something.

Does anyone have COPD?
I have COPD and even though I huff and puff, I walk on the treadmill daily and try to do my 2 mile-a-day challenge. Some days I make it, some days I don't. If nothing else, it should increase my stamina - I hope. I need to lose about 70 pounds and I am hoping that will allow me to breathe easier, too.
