Everything Chicken Tenders

Just like an everything bagel, but chicken.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (150 °C). Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Mix everything except chicken, in bowl. Press chicken into mixture to coat.
  3. Place on baking sheet lined with foil, and a little olive oil.
  4. Bake 10 minutes then flip and bake another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  6. Note: change quantities of seeds and spices according to your taste.

Made this according to recipe. Yuck. If you plan to make it... follow the suggestion at the bottom as best as you can. Modify your spices! The recipe itself is way to salty! I had to throw it out. I wouldn't make it again.

I really liked this. I tossed the chicken with the spices in a plastic bag. It did remind me of an everything bagel.
Great recipe! We substituted dehydrated onions for the french fried ones and think the french-fried ones will be so much better when we have those around. I think next time I might mix and toss in a ziplock. Sounds like a good idea.
found this under gluten free but it is not as the french fried onions!
