Edamame Salad

Fresh colorful salad with lots of protein from edamame (soy beans).

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook edamame according to package directions.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare other vegetables and mix with cooled edamame in a large bowl with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Chill and serve.
