Very yummy, great flavor! I used frozen broccoli, cooked it a little & it was perfect! I also used 1% milk instead of half & half. Will definitely make again

I love this recipe. I have made it switching up the veggie and the lowfat cheese. I have made it with part skim mozzarella and zucchini and I have made it with feta and spinach. I want to try next goat cheese and spinach.

This recipe is great,I made it last night with a slight variation. I added ham and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture but disregarded the salt and cayenne pepper, the salt in the ham sufficed. It was sonderful, I plan on making it again tomorrow!

I made some changes because I didn't have everything. 1. I used full fat monteryjack cheese, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of frozen peas 1/4 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp basil. It was wonderful!!! very easy and quick to prepare.

I made this tonight and it was delicious. I used steamed onion with my broccoli and used Egg Beaters instead of eggs. It made a wonderful dinner!
