Directions

  1. Pour whipping cream in a bowl.
  2. Add small amount of cocoa at a time, stirring as you go.
  3. Stir until mixed completely.
  4. Add one packet of Splenda more or less to suit your taste.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour or longer.
  6. Enjoy.
