Directions
- Pour whipping cream in a bowl.
- Add small amount of cocoa at a time, stirring as you go.
- Stir until mixed completely.
- Add one packet of Splenda more or less to suit your taste.
- Refrigerate for one hour or longer.
- Enjoy.

I believe this is good on induction. It keeps your cravings down. We like this for dessert.

I beat a pkg of fatfree cream cheese until fluffy, before adding the cream. Continue beating until the cream begins to peak. The FF cream cheese reduces the calories.

Carb wise, I think this is not acceptable for induction. Also it is a sweet, so it is not acceptable. And to the person who added fat free cream cheese. It will cut your calories...but will raise the carbs.

I made a single serving version of this yesterday and I was amazed at how it thickened up! I think this is good on Atkins induction (it's in the new Atkins book) as long as you don't have too many more packets of art. sweetener or diet sodas...too many mess me up but the one yesterday in the pudding satisfied my sweet tooth big time and did not trigger any cravings.
