I am 48 years old and borderline diabetic, Went to the Dr in January and decided to start doing something. First thing bought an exercise bike with money won from a superbowl win. Then started using Noom Walk and Noom Coach logging all my foods and counting calories. As of todays entry I have lost 19 lbs. Setting my goals low, and learning to eat better. Dropped soda and junk food.
