Bran Brownies

Super moist brownies.



  1. Add water to bran cereal and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add brownie mix to bran mix and add baking powder.
  3. Mix together and divide into 24 muffin cups.
  4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20 minutes.

I use a low fat brownie mix and they taste awesome. Mine always come out to be 2 points though?

LOVE THESE!! They cure my Chocolate craving while ony being 1 point... have one of these with some strawberries and fat free cool whip and youre good to go.

on a ww calculator using the no. on here there r 3 points i don't believe that i think fiber is to low

I used cold coffee instead of water and they're delicious, but the texture is odd, I might put the cereal in the food processor before adding water next time. I think the fiber and sugar listed here is too would depend on which brownie mix and which bran cereal you're using.

I thought these would be sugar free, then I looked at the brownie mix package! 24 grams of sugar per brownie! And that didn't even count the powdered sugar we sprinkled over the top or the M&Ms. Next time -- store bought!
