Beef Taco Soup

Easy, warm and spicy taco soup with lean ground beef and tons of hearty ingredients.



  1. Brown lean ground beef in large pot and drain.
  2. Mix all ingredients and stir well.
  3. Cook until done, at least an hour.

This is an excellent soup. Its spicey and tastey and fills you up. Lots of fiber in the beans. Highly recommend. I add jalepenos as I like it hot!
