Vitamin C as laxative
Drink a bottle of magnesium citrate. Its a liquid laxative. Use metamucil daily.

Trying hard with minimal to no results
Are you drinking water? Increase water intake. Snack on fruits and vegetables and only small portions of nuts or seeds. Stay in the gym. The scale will move. Be pateint. We did not gain this weight over night and it wont come off over night.

Scale moves slow
Hey guys, how do you keep your spirits up when the scale isn't showing improvement and you know you are doing all the right things with diet and exercise?

Oh don't give up girl. Get out a pair of jeans that you want to fit in and try them on. Ok. They are tight and now that is your incentive to keep on track and loose the wt. and get them jeans back on you to fit. It takes time. We didn't gain this wt. over night and we aren't going to loose it over night. Try green coffee bean at walmart. I have around 40 lbs yet to loose. We have to do this!!!
