Directions

  1. Mix cheese, chia, flour, stevia, egg.
  2. Form slightly flattened circles.
  3. Fry in a hot nonstick pan on both sides until golden.
  4. Decorate with strawberries and sprinkle with coconut. Serve with honey and sour cream.
