Directions

  1. Dice vegetables.
  2. Sauté onions in a nonstick skillet until translucent.
  3. Add potatoes and crumble mixtures.
  4. Put tomatoes and jalapeno pepper. Season to taste.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup water, bring to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
