Oh how I need to balance things, and I am hoping that being able to visualize here on Fatsecret will help. I am a pastry chef/ pie baker. Needless to say the saying "There is no such thing as a skinny baker" is true to form with me. Although I am down to 160lbs from 253 I still have 20 lbs to go and these seem to be the hardest of my life. It's like my body got here and has just stopped loosing weight. This is where I believe I need to find balance with my products, working out, and cutting more calories. Other things about me, I am a proud mama of five children ranging in age from 15 to 4, I run a baking business out of my home, besides making pies I make a lot of whole grain snacks to sell such as Granola, granola bars, muffins, etc. It's my favorite thing to make actually because I know how nutritious they are as well as filling and so so very good.
