Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 375°F.
  2. Chop vegetables.
  3. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Add vegetables and cheese.
  4. Pour about 2/3 full into lined or sprayed cupcake tins.
  5. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
  6. Can be frozen for future meals if desired.
