I am almost 60 and as of the other day, I weigh 130! YEAH. I've been successful in losing around 80 lbs since January 2012 HOLY CRAP! I guess I just let myself go in the last 4 years or so, as my weight was never ever ever that high in my life! The past 5 years have been awfully rough on me though. I lost both my parents, a sister and then I lost my job, so was kinda forced into early retirement. I am following my own variation of the Atkins lower carb diet, but really watching my cholesterol, so won't eat eggs or really fatty meat or crappy food with high fat content. Just eating healthy with veggies and fruits but have cut out all white food (sugar, flour, rice, potato). I am trying to get as much exercise as I can and I walk with my dog everyday. I enjoy photography, stained glass, reading, gardening, music, computer and sports. I am determined to stay on the path of a healthy lifestyle, get back to my real self and start enjoying my life again. NEW PHOTO just posted. Now I don't mind being photographed !
