Four Pepper Salad

Nice light & tasty salad for a warm day.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place peppers into a large bowl.
  2. Add onion, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Add greek feta and oregano salad dressing. Stir and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  5. To serve, toss salad again and sprinkle with asiago cheese.
  6. Note: crumbled feta can be used in place on asiago cheese.
