ahen23 and Vilhellmina are correct i should enjoy more the process of losing than actually what is going on with my evil friend "the scale" Then i will make it a long term commitment and not a desperate run to a number.

MoonLite i really liked the website you suggested and i believe it would actually work, i will try this out one week, when my motivation is at better level.

LOw carb snacks
I always carry with me small bag of 10 grams of salty pumpkin seeds with shell. I spend more time sucking on them and peeling them off than what i actually eat.

Your words are absolutely cheering, I do need to relax a bit, and you have said it correctly i have to be proud that i could keep this weight for some time. At least is not the crazy yo-yo that drives me and my body crazy.

Welcome!
What it has really helped me, was to keep track of every single thing i eat, now I'm even adding water intake records. I recommend you to try it out.

Excellent tips, all of you. I guess I'm falling a bit here and there. I will have to drink more water for a start and maybe more cardio.
