I'm a 25 year old living on California's beautiful Central Coast. I have a degree in Nutrition but that doesn't mean I'm good at following my own rules... I have a problem with sugar and portion sizes. I love to cook and want to find ways to fit as many fresh veggies as possible into my diet. I'm really, terribly bad at sticking with things like diet plans and tend to use an old knee injury as an excuse to not run when I should. I want to build up muscles of any sort, I've always felt weak and had to rely on the help of others to move or lift big things. Since I'm awful with accountability I have my boyfriend to help to keep my diet in check and keep me motivated. <3
