I'm a 25 year old living on California's beautiful Central Coast. I'm getting married in October of 2014 and I want to get back into better shape (hopefully the weight I was when we first started dating almost 6 years ago!) I have a degree in Nutrition but that doesn't mean I'm good at following my own rules... I have a problem with sugar and portion sizes. I love to cook and want to find ways to fit as many fresh veggies as possible into my diet. I'm really, terribly bad at sticking with things like diet plans and tend to use an old knee injury as an excuse to not run when I should. I want to build up muscles of any sort, I've always felt weak and had to rely on the help of others to move or lift big things. Since I'm awful with accountability I have my significant other who is helping to keep my diet in check and keep me motivated. <3
