I am Sarah, and I am 22 years old. I actually am from Germany but I am living for a few months in Australia. Since this Christmas might be my only one at the beach in a bikini in my life, I want that photo do be a good one! ;)
My goal is to loose 5-6kg until February and as much as possible of that by Christmas.
I go to the gym and do courses like body attack and bodypump of Les Mills.
I try to eat healthy. That means I don't starve myself but rather have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, eat no more chocolate (mangoes are just as good!) and drink no crap like coke. (When I want something sweet its a young coconut, or a smoothie or dried dates).
I have been doing this since November (before that I loved fanta and a bar of chocolate a day and did not go to the gym, I even used to smoke, but I quit in September 2013).
2 years ago was my last try of doing sports. I went jogging 3 times a week and only managed 30 mins in a go (and 3km) after 6 months!
Now I do sports regularly, and started jogging end of October. I already run 4,4km in a go in 30 mins. That is amazing and surely has to do with me not smoking and eating healthy!!
It would be great to find a buddy to make me not forget about my goals!
63 kg ---------------> achieved 2nd of january
70cm waist(27,6inches)-----> achieved 28th of January
61 kg by end of January----> achieved 22nd of January
run 40 Minutes with no break--> achieved 28th of february
