i'm gonna go with a 4 for today cuz I could have exercised more. I am packing and getting ready to move tomorrow so it has been rough to slip in time to exercise. I have been eating well though!

I give myself a 4 for today. We are moving so I am packing! That is a lot of work. I haven't eaten well but i haven't pigged out either.Hopefully after I get moved I can get on track better!

I deserve a five for going to Six Flags in 100 degree weather and walking around for 8 hours!! UGH! I think I sweated off about 20 lbs!LOL! I also avoided all the greasy and fattening foods! I did break down and have a frozen lemonade(YUM!). It was an enjoyable day overall.

I vote for the blue lagoonie loonies also!!

Would never have surgery to lose weight. I know people who have had it done and about 90% of them regreted it. One friend ended up on ICU due to her body rejecting the lap bands, she almost died!!! I think I'll stick to losing my weight the old fashioned way....with hard work!
