Mixed Vegetables Pasta

Pasta with onion, cabbage, mushrooms and bell peppers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta.
  2. Chop all vegetables.
  3. Slowly heat the olive oil.
  4. Add vegetables and cook until soft.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. To serve, add vegetables on top of freshly cooked pasta...yummie!

IF.....AND ONLY IF YOU USE THE DREAMFILEDS PASTA. I GET IT AT FOOD LION, BUT CHECK WITH YOUR GROCER TO SEE IF THE WOULD STOCK IT. IT TASTS NO DIFFERENT THAN ORDINARY FULL CARB PASTA. :)
