Pasta with onion, cabbage, mushrooms and bell peppers.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook and drain the pasta.
- Chop all vegetables.
- Slowly heat the olive oil.
- Add vegetables and cook until soft.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, add vegetables on top of freshly cooked pasta...yummie!

I GET IT AT FOOD LION, BUT CHECK WITH YOUR GROCER TO SEE IF THE WOULD STOCK IT. IT TASTS NO DIFFERENT THAN ORDINARY FULL CARB PASTA. :)
