I am a true foodie. I cater for a living so I am around food all day. So it is very hard for me not to shove everything in my mouth. But I need to get a grip on my overeating before I am 300 lbs. My job keeps me pretty active so I guess I just need to take in fewer calories to lose weight. I still want to do 30 minutes of something everyday so when I do slip up I won't pack on the weight again. I can't stand the word diet so I am doing a life style change. I am pretty motivated when I start shedding the weight but I fall off the wagon and hard. I am hoping that doing a daily log will help me stay on track for good.
