I am a true foodie. I cater for a living so I am around food all day. So it is very hard for me not to shove everything in my mouth. But I need to get a grip on my overeating before I am 300 lbs. My job keeps me pretty active so I guess I just need to take in fewer calories to lose weight. I still want to do 30 minutes of something everyday so when I do slip up I won't pack on the weight again. I can't stand the word diet so I am doing a life style change. I am pretty motivated when I start shedding the weight but I fall off the wagon and hard. I am hoping that doing a daily log will help me stay on track for good.

Sooo busy last week and this week. Many, many minutes of exercise and less food passing through my mouth. My size 12 pants are getting real loose!!! Everyone sounds like they are doing really well. Keep up the good work girls.

This weeks challenge is great. While I don't own an elevator in my house I do have a second floor. My goal will be to do a least 150 stair steps each day. My poor knees!

Never tried and never will do weight loss surgery for 2 main reasons. 1st-I can't stand doctors and hospitals-no faith in either of them. 2nd-I had a c-section w/my son and there was a lot of complications. I didn't react well to the drugs, it was a mess. plus it took me 3 months to be able to sleep on my belly much less do a sit up.

Sorry slacking this week, I have been out of town and have been indulging in the alcohol too much. That's probably why I gained a pound. Back on track this week I hope.

Great challenge this week. I try to do 100 sit ups every time I exercise but for the past couple of days I haven't been able to exercise because of a bad sunburn. I know, I know it was stupid. But I can't remember the last time I got a sunburn like this, years and years ago. I think tomorrow I'll be able to do some crunches w/out my back hurting so much. I do have a really good abs exercise. Lay on the floor w/bent knees and feet touching the floor(like you are going to do a situp). Next stretch your arms out in front of you and try and lift yourself up in a sitting position. Then roll yourself back down slowly(try keeping your legs glued together). Very hard but you feel those muscles working!
