All my life I've been an athlete... in high school after hard and long work i won the national rowing championship in Greece (on 4x senior).
I never was slim but I never had a problem with that because i always exercised!
I'm Greek and I enjoy long meals... Eating healthy food and junk food! For me eating has alway been a pleasure!!!
Anyone that knows me says that when I eat i have a smile on my face... :o)
Now i live in Italy and I'm a University student in Veterinary.
Here i couldn't follow my passion for rowing and my lifestyle changed. And so ... i balanced on-off my weight for a long time!!!
2 years ago i had some health problems and i lost some weight... I arrived 57kg and it was great!! i was felling very well...I managed to stay like that for 1 1/2 year!
But now... TO MANY EXAMS!!!
So I've decided!! To exercise at home everyday... for at least 25min and eat less calories... but healthy food!!
I know it works... I've done it before!!
