Workout DVD - "Slim in 6" Does it work?
I own several workout dvd's. I go to the gym, but sometime I like to mix it up. If you are a female and you like to dance (who doesnt) you could try turbojam or turbofire, it is kickboxing/dance. They have videos that are 15m - 60m and stretch, and strength are included.
I also really love Tae-bo, it makes me feel silly but I am sore the next day. =D

Has anyone tried the 5+2 diet?
I do the which is 5 days of food and 2 days of 16-36 hours of fasting. I eat dinner and then dont eat anything again until the next day @ dinner. I still enjoy my coffee in the morning and I still go to the gym before work w/o any issues.

I have been doing that program for over a year and I feel that i should mention that i am not overweight. I am @ 25% bodyfat and am working on geting back down to 18% body fat. Some people need to see the scale move to get motivated to eat the apple instead of the chips in the concession stands. Do what works for you!! Eat 3 meals, 5 meals, or intermittent fasting!
