Hello, my name is Jackie I have 3 beautiful children, that give me a lot of support and they motivate me a lot . I never had a weight problemm until a couple of years ago I had knee surgery and since my ecercise now is very limited i have gained a lot of weight, I stress when I see how much weight i've gained, and I eat more. I know that i can loose the weight by watching what i eat, but really i haven't been committed to it til now. I've had a lot of issues that deppresses me and makes me want to eat more and more. now I feel ready and motivated, I'm real excited to be able to share with different people my goal. I just started the Adkins diet yesterday, so if theres anyone out there with ideas, they are all welcome. lol. Good luck to everyone and I'm ready to have fun and enjoy it while i'm reaching my goal!
