Ok so I am a 30 year old mother of 2 and fiancee of 1. I have been on and off of diets for as long as I can remember , but this one is different. I consider this one a life style change , with phases. I have just finished phase 2 of the fat smash diet today and am proud to say I am down 19.2 lbs in 29 days. I am going back to phase 1 for a bit just to see if I can kick my weightloss in the butt. I have never had anything work as well as this plan has and I tell everyone I know about it. I did have a hard time in the beginning with the workouts but I am on track now.
I will say being a full time mom, full time student, full time fiancee, and full time Maid LOL is one of the hardest things I have ever done along with this diet. But I wont stop till I get to my goal and then stopping is not even really a option. To everyone out there who has tryed every diet you can imagine and have never stuck to anything, This is the plan for you. It is a life plan not just a weight loss plan.
