Hey all Im new to this forum. I am currently on day 25 of the fat smash diet and to date I have lost 18.6 lbs. I rave to everyone I know about this diet and am so very impressed with it. Would love to hear others experiences. Good luck to all with any diet you are on. With a little will power and alot of support we can all be the people we were meant to be.

That's should eat really healthy...I’m on 16%...Not saying that a calorie deficit is not important...what I’m train to say is that you should not think in eat less calories...just eat ...

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
