I am a Stay at Home Mom of 2 beautiful girls, ages 2 and 4. I have been happily married for almost 9 years. I gained alot of weight with my pregnancies and I going to push hard to finally get the last of the weight off. I I just turned 30 May 2007 and I want my 30's to be my fittest years!

How often do you weigh in?
My goal is to not weigh myself at all and go by my clothes and measurements. I am not quite there yet, mostly because I haven't hit my goal weight. So, for now I do my best to check the scale once or twice a week.

Favorite Car snacks?
I keep a tin of mixed nuts. It doesn't take much for the nuts to keep you feeling full until it is meal time again. I also keep a couple of my favorite protein bars in the console so they won't get melted. Since doing this, I have completely cut out the drive thu visits.

Tae Bo vs Hip Hop Abs
Hi there,
I have both and I prefer Tae Bo. Hip Hop Abs is fun but not as challenging for me. In all fairness, I have only done the intro once and not the more advanced workouts but over all I thisnk Tae Bo is a better workout. Have you ever tried Turbo Jam? That is a VERY good workout. I burn between 700-950 calories per workout when I do those, good stuff.

EFS?????
I am also on EFS and I have never done the original FS. I am on my second go round, the first time, I lost almost 7 pounds in cycle 1 and 2 pounds on cycle 2, not too shabby. I am hoping to have just as good if not better results this go round because I am looking to lose 15-20 lbsSmile

4 pounds in 3 days!!!
I am also on Extreme Fat Smash, halfway through Cycle 2. I lost almost 7 pounds and 10 inches during the first cycle and I didn't even follow it as strictly as I should. It IS an amazing program, I love it!
