I'm a mother of two. I've always been a terrible eater, with an evil sweet tooth. It wasn't until I had my first child that I first had problems with weight gain. I stopped keeping track of how much I gained once I hit 70 lbs during my pregnancy. I've gone up and down a few times since then but had maintained a decent weight for almost two years after a bout of Mono two summers ago. This past spring though, I started a new job which wasn't much different from my previous one, no changes in my eating habits really, but I packed on nearly 30 lbs from June-Sept.
Once all of my clothes stopped fitting, I got some larger ones hand me down...those started not to fit after a time too...So I have a large assortment of clothes in various sizes that don't really fit me very well and I'm really tired of it. I feel gross and need a change.
Most of all, I need to get myself to be active again. To WANT to be active again. That is my biggest goal, to start getting exercise in my life again for a more healthy lifestyle. No more excuses!
