I'm going on 26 and I've been at roughly the same proportional weight forever. I don't look or feel it, but when I got a Wii Fit and discovered I weighed over 180 lbs, I was shocked!

That was months ago, and since then I've lost some weight -- I was 177lbs when I decided to do Weight Watchers (the 160 was a random number before I got a scale) -- but I still feel like I could look better.

I haven't been able to get work since I was laid off a year ago. I thought, now is the time to try and change my life around -- get a job, get in shape, feel great about myself and live a more full life! After all, the better I feel, the better I'll be able to sell myself to employers!
