performance: gaining 0.1 lb a week
I am 41 years old, and finally serious about my health and well-being, lol. Began running about 3 years ago, really loved it -- had a minor injury for two years, and have now gotten back on the wagon in 2010! Tired of my clothes getting tighter and tighter, so I thought it was time to finally address nutrition and deal with this thing from the inside out! :)

So far, 9 pounds and almost 3% body fat lost. Getting so much stronger! Very exciting! Workouts are now starting to be fun ... never thought I would say that!
