Help !!!! I am Frustrated with Excercise Module
I was confused by the excercise thing at first too.
Basically your excercise has to equal 24 hours. By default it is populated with 8 hours sleeping and 16 hours resting. I leave that as it is. When I excercise, I "add excercise" and make sure it is entered to replace "resting"
I end up with:
8 hours sleeping
15 hours resting
1 hour excercise machine (moderate)
Hope that helps.
