I'm 26 and been overweight/obese my entire life. When I was 22 I was weighing close to 300lbs so decided to get the lap band surgery. I had it for 2 years and lost close to 100 lbs. Due to complications they had to remove the lap band and since then I have slowly started gaining the weight back on.
I refuse to go back to how I was, therefore decided to lose the weight on my own, without the help of a lap band. Its gonna be a hard road but I know I can do it.
Currently living in Barcelona, job is good , friends are awesome. Overall I'm in a good place in my life. I do have my days of full on anxiety eating :(. I started seeing a therapist to help deal with that.
Trying as hard as possible to stay away from carbs (freshly baked bread)!!!
I could go on and on but, for weight loss purposes this is pretty much my bio.
