I like it I need to make a copy and put it up somewhere. It takes a lot to stand up to people and say no. When your hubby is part of the "other side" makes it even harder. He doesn't want a "bag of bones" so he tempts me often. Thanks for the rules they will be on my frig to remind me that I need to do it for me. Thanks

c5k challenge help
I had joined the c5k challenge, when I went in today I saw where it said to leave the challenge and I thought it ment to go out of this challenge into another but it took me out of the whole challenge. How can I get back into this challenge? Thanks

Need to figure out cal.
I worked 9 hrs today throwing 290 packages an hr. They weight from 60lb down to 2lbs. I don't know what level to pick for how many calories burned. I also can't figure out how to put in my starting weight. ThanksSmile
