Just got a feeling that this week is not going as well as the last two. I don't feel as well as I have the two previous weeks and I'm not as optimistic as the last two. I still have two days until weigh-in but I'm not expecting a big drop on the scale. I've had two weeks with big drops so it's probably time for a slow week but I'm hoping the losses will continue. I've lost 15 lbs and it's starting to scare me because this is the point I always get to (granted it has always taken me a month or two to lose this much before) before I completely stop losing weight. I don't want this new eating plan to be like every diet and exercise plan I have tried before. I have such high hopes this time around because I'm not starving myself and I've made changes that I can live with for a lifetime, not short term diets.

Maybe it's my depression rearing its ugly head again, and maybe everything will be fine on Friday. I've followed my eating plan every single day, I've never gone over my allowed calories and my net carbs have been under 100 every single day as planned. My total carbs have been under 100 every day except 2. Those would have been under as well but the Subway nutritional database was a tiny bit misleading.

The calculate your own sandwich thing does not have 6" and footlong selections for flatbread so when I chose flatbread, I figured the nutritional information was for the way the flatbread comes, the footlong. I got a sandwich in the flatbread and plugged in the values. Subway later informed me that he thought those values were actually for the 6" portion. (I didn't even know flatbread CAME in a 6" portion.) Anyway, so I had to go back and adjust my serving sizes and it threw my total carbs over by 9 for two days, but my net carbs remained under 100 for both days.

Not a whole lot to report, not time for a weigh in yet. I did manage to find a lower carb way to make my son and I's favorite meal. I found a relatively cheap food scale at wal-mart so I could weigh out the ingredients and made my enchilladas. Instead of the regular tortilla shells, I used the La Tortilla factory Low Carb, High Fiber shells for mine. I admit, they taste a little better with the regular shells but not enough of a taste difference to make me go back to the old ones!! What was that someone here said, nothing tastes as good as thin feels? I'm not thin yet but I hope to be some day. And, I have leftovers for 3 more meals, so that's three meals I don't have to cook for. My net carbs for the meal are low enough that it won't throw me over my grams for the day, as long as I stick with my normal salad for lunch and a reasonable breakfast, assuming I can remember to eat breakfast.

How could I forget? LOL Reading other entries reminded me of the coolest thing that has happened to me this week. I have always been too big to wear my kids' clothes. Well today all my sweatshirts were still wet, waiting to go in the dryer and my son's sweatshirt was just coming out of the dryer and I asked, just joking around, if I could wear his school sweatshirt to go to town. He said, if I could fit into it, I could wear it. I jokingly grabbed it and put it on, figuring there was no way I could wear his size Large sweatshirt when all of mine are size 2X. To my absolute amazement... IT FIT!!!!!!! Ok, so it was a little more snug than I actually like, but I could wear it. The XL that was in the dryer with it is more comfortable, but dangit, I can't remember the last time I could wear a Large anything. I swapped the Large out for the XL, with his blessing, but I was stoked about the whole thing.
