I have officially dropped below 250 for the first time in 5 years. Still not working out like I'd like to but got a lot of stress going on right now and it's playing havoc with my anxiety and depression, making it harder to get out. The anxiety is getting to the point where I don't even want to go to the grocery store, but I know I have to go because I can't rely on my son to shop for the things I need as well as I can do it myself, sometimes you just have to be able to look at the labels. Anyway, at least I'm still losing, which is a good thing.

Wow the scale is not nice to me this week. I've followed my eating plan consistently. I only had one day where I broke down and had some pizza, so I went a little over my net carb allowance but was well below my caloric RDI. Feel like I should have lost more than 8/10 of a pound but am not giving up.

Today was a failure for sure. Best friend ordered pizza for dinner for us and the 5 kids and pizza is guaranteed to have major carbs. Didn't go over very much but still went over my carb alottment for the day. Tomorrow is back to salad when I get home.
