I think I have officially broken the 15 lb curse. Another few pounds off and I'm still going. I went through my closet yesterday and tossed out everything that was old, worn out, ugly, or too big. I never want to be able to fit into those things again and not going to keep them around this time. It is time for a new me and if that means a new wardrobe, all the better.

Not a good day, pain levels were out the roof today. Didn't get a whole lot accomplished it seems, even though I was running from sun up till well after sun down. Nearly midnight and finally getting a rest. Definitely time to call this one a day.

Yay, the two lbs that I gained last week are gone but the physical therapist told me today that I'm not allowed to do my normal workouts until further notice. Apparently the workouts I've been trying to do have been setting my physical therapy and recovery back, which is why I've been in so much pain with my back.

Wow, today's not going to be one of my better days as far as calories go, but my carbs are great. Went to a basketball game and had a hotdog with cheese, but no bun, no soda, took my tea with me. Had a decent time even though my anxiety disorder made it a less than exciting day but had to be there for the kids. Still under my calorie limit for the day but not as low as usual.

I think I figured out what I want for my 50lb loss reward... IF I can manage to swing saving for it and IF my doctor approves it for me. I found this elliptical machine on walmart.com that's only $100. Even if I only did it for 10 minutes at a time (about the max I can stand right now), that's better than nothing and the low resistance would be good on my knee when I don't have access to a pool. I'm still wanting to do the sit and be fit program but I'm looking forward to the day when I can work out in a vertical position.
