Biggest loser contest at work
Hi there! I'm new to this site. I haven't really dieted in my life, but I've recognized that I really should be. I've noticed some weight gain in the last 10 years or so that I would like to reverse. Recently at work, some co-workers started a "Biggest Loser" contest and I figured this is as good a time as ever to get back into shape. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for me. I have until the beginning of February to lose as much weight as possible, but I'd like to do it safe and healthy.
