I'm a 28 year old stay-at-home mom of 2 boys. In March 2009 I delivered twin girls as a surrogate, so I am trying to get the rest of the baby weight off. I have a membership to Life Time Fitness and am doing a 3 day per week training program to run a half-marathon, with an additional 1 to 2 days a week of yoga and a high impact cardio dance class.

My husband and I are going to spend a week in Fiji next summer for our 10th anniversary, so I would like to be in the best shape of my life so I can wear a bikini for the first time ever. =)

A little help please!
I wish I knew! It lists my calories under "You" but its always MUCH higher than the calories I've eaten. I dont get it!
