I am a 33 year old single mom to at 13 year old boy... I am wanting to lose this weight just not for me but for my son also.. To show him that eating healthy isnt bad. I am at my biggest and I havent been this heavy since I was pregnant with my son. I have tried diet pills to lose the weight and I did lose it before but when my mother passed away two years ago I just started eating I guess cause of depression. Now I gained it all back plus some.. Now I am wanting to lose the weight without the help of diet pills and be able to do it on my own with by eating healthy and excercise..

Started Yesterday and needing buddies and Support
I am also needing the support... Smile I just started about two weeks ago and my biggest thing is i'm not really sure what diet to follow.. I am about 30 pounds overweight.. I've been following the low carb diet and have tried some of the recipes but it's hard to stay away from the pasta and breads for me.. I just love them too dang much...lol I signed up at the gym and started that on Tuesday.. Just needing the extra boost on what diet to do to lose these pounds... Thanks guys
