I'm 36 years old, blessed to be a home school mom of 2 awesome sons, ages 12 & 16, and married to the love of my life; (now but not always, LOL!)
We live in a nice little Texas town, have 2 dogs we adore, beautiful paint mare, a cat, beardies, & whatever else the boys drag home to fix or take care of:)
We have school during the day and I groom dogs in the afternoon, & on Saturdays when needed, church on Sunday.
I've gained 25 lbs in the past 2-3 years and just can't seem to get it off! I commit to diet/work-outs, lose a couple of lbs & fall off the wagon. I'm hoping the support of friends on fs and my beautiful sister doing this with me will keep me motivated to keep racing for the finish line; 135 lbs is where I want to be!
I've gained 25 lbs in the past 2-3 years and it just doesn't come off as easy as it used to, in fact, not at all it seems! Starting Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainers tomorrow plus pilates bun & thigh 3 times a week.
